It’s been a wet week, but against the odds we’re getting a full round of matches in. We’ve had a couple of late fixture changes – Mens Division One that was originally scheduled for Fairfax Reserve has been moved to Blacktown No 2. Mens Division Five is cancelled.
And a late-breaking change. Parramatta have forfeited Mens Division Three.
We have four of our teams heading north-west to Rouse Hill to take on the Eagles. Five teams at home at Gore Hill. And three other away matches.
Team selections are now up on the website and Team App. Congratulations to all who have been given the honour of wearing the North Shore jumper this week.
And as always, we rely on volunteers to get myriad tasks done on game day. If you’re rostered on for duties this week, you know what you need to do – turn up, and cheerfully get it done to the best of your ability. It’s those who put the most into the club that get the most out of it.
And after this week, most of our teams will get a rest. Mens Division Three will have a catch-up game next week; and we have some players who will be travelling to Canberra to take on the AFL Canberra team. Good luck to our Rep players.
