Good afternoon all.
I hate to be the bearer of bad news; but I think we all saw it coming. After yet another wet week, and with pretty much every ground except Gore Hill closed, AFL Sydney have cancelled all games tomorrow except Mens Seniors, Womens Seniors & Under 19s Div 1.
The fixture at Gore Hill tomorrow is:
12pm – Under 19s Div 1
1:50pm – Mens Premier Division
4:20pm – Womens Premier Division
There will also be a neutral game played at Gore Hill at 9:30am.
We have the catering rights, so we will need to staff the canteen & BBQ all day, including the neutral game – we can make some money for the club.
Sorry to everyone from the other grades; but unfortunately it’s out of our control. We’d love to see you come along to Gore Hill, hit the BBQ and down a few drinkies and give some vocal support to our teams who are playing.
