I joined the Bombers in January 2019, which was also my first experience of footy. I grew up playing soccer from the age of 10, but I made the transition to AFL when I moved to Australia from the UK, and I haven’t looked back since.

A Saturday spent at Gore Hill Oval. There’s nothing that can better encapsulate the sense of pride and community there is at the Bombers than playing in one of the back-to-back games at your home ground. Whether you’re new to the club, or an experienced member, you know that once you arrive at the hill in your red & black jersey that you are part of something special.

I feel extremely proud to be part of the captaincy team this year who are leading such a talented and passionate group of players. Footy and the Bombers have been a big part of my life in Australia and I’m ready to give something back to the club and the girls. This is going to be a huge year for us as we have transitioned from a developing squad, to established flag contenders across all levels. I want to help the teams build the mental resilience and confidence, to match physical resilience and fitness that we are already renowned for, in order to deliver consistent performances across the entire season. 18 rounds is going to feel like a marathon after the shortened season last year – but we’re ready for it!
