It’s the second last round of the regular season, and there’s plenty of exciting matches to look forward to. Several of our teams have already ensured they’ll be playing finals and are now playing for their best position within the finals. Others have finals spots on the line. And for everyone, another game of experience under their belt.
We’ve got some fascinating matchups. Mens Seniors, Reserves, Thirds and Under 19s Div One are off to Olds Park with a mission to slay the Dragons. Womens Seniors and Reserves have the short trip to Macquarie Uni to take on the defending champions; and wins would set them up for finals participation.
Our remaining teams are at home at Gore Hill Oval. Masters have already recorded a win with Camden forfeiting; but Masters & 3Bs will open the day with a scratch game. Mens Fourths and Fifths will be in action next, and they will be followed by Under 19s Div Two in matches where they’ll be looking to consolidate a prime spot for the finals to come.
Then we have a fascinating matchup in Womens Div Three, with our teams playing each other. The final game of the day at Gore Hill will see our Womens Thirds in action against Wests.
