Saturday 27th July is Back to Bears Day.
North Shore has a long and proud history, dating back to 1903. In 116 years, we’ve had highs and lows, success and disappointment. Plenty of great players and even greater people have worn the North Shore jumper over the years. And on this day we’ll be welcoming some of them back to Gore Hill.
The drinks will flow, and the tales of glories past will be told. Every year the kicks get longer, the marks get higher; as we honour those who have gone before us in the history of this club.
North Shore people of the past have created the tradition that we now have. In time, we will pass it on to those who come after us.
There’s a big program of footy at Gore Hill that day, including a blockbuster Premier Division clash against Pennant Hills. Save the date and be a part of a day that recognises the history of our club.
