Players, if you haven’t done so already, it’s time to get your fees paid for this season and get yourself registered.
It is essential you do both.
If you have paid but not registered, or registered but not paid; it’s of critical importance you do the other one straight away.
Round 1 is just two days away, and this MUST be sorted now or you won’t be playing.

Player fees are $480. This goes up to $520 at midnight on Sunday – so pay now and save.
New players will receive shorts, socks and a polo on payment of their fees.
You can pay securely online through our website at https://www.northshorefc.com.au/…/registration/2019-player…/
You can also pay by direct bank transfer to the following account:
BSB 633-000
Account 146787411
Name North Shore Australian Football Club
If paying this way, please put your name as the payment description, so we’re not chasing you up again.
We will also get the EFTPOS machine along to training tonight to enable credit card payments.
If you need to make a payment plan, we’re happy to do this. Contact our club Treasurer Sam Jackson at samhenryjackson@gmail.com or your team coach and we’ll get a plan in place for you.
If you haven’t got your payment sorted, you are risking your selection for Saturday. If you haven’t already, get it done.

Players will also need to be registered to play in 2019. To complete your registration with AFL Sydney, please follow this link:

An unregistered player would not be covered by insurance, and the club would risk fines or loss of competition points. We’re not going to let it happen. If you are not registered, you will not be selected.
If you played for us last year, you still need to go and complete your registration for this season.
If you are joining us this year and have previously played for another club, we’ll need to get a clearance for you to play for us. Normally that’s just a formality, but it depends how quick your former club is with processing their paperwork. So the sooner you get your registration done the better.
If you have any trouble registering, contact our club registrar Stuart Kennedy at registrar@northshorefc.com.au

Another way you can save money on your fees is to become an umpire. With 11-12 teams on the field this year, and the league only supplying umpires for a few grades, we need to have plenty of umpires to control the other games. Get in touch with Tom Shanahan if you’re interested.
You can become an umpire by completing the Introductory Umpire Course at https://www.afl.com.au/umpires/courses – It costs $10 which the club will reimburse. You will probably need to setup an account to do it, but that shouldn’t be hard.
If you umpire 6 North Shore games, you only pay half fees. If you umpire 10 games, then it’s only 25% fees you pay. Umpire 15, and your season is gloriously free.
